A few weeks ago, I started my new job in Kendall Square which meant that there was going to be a whole new list of places to try and blog about! Around the same time, I got a Gilt City voucher for Fuji at Kendall. My coworkers said that this place was pretty good so I grabbed a $40 voucher for $15! After my first day of work, Selma met up with me in Kendall Square and we headed on over for some deliciousness.
When we arrived, we were seated in this cute little area all by ourselves. There was another part of the restaurant that seemed full of people so I have no idea why they seated us here by ourselves but it didn’t bother us.
Since we had $40 to spend, we got a bunch of food. We started off with the edamame and crab rangoons (Selma LOVES crab rangoons so I couldn’t say no to her).
We then ordered 4 different rolls to share. We decided on the philly maki (of course), spicy tuna maki, tuna Avo Kyu Tobiko, and another one that I can’t remember. The rolls were a little small but they were still pretty good.
Finally, Selma got a boba milk tea for dessert.
She was the most excited about it.
Overall, for $15 + tip it was totally worth it. We got a bunch of food for not a lot of dollar bills which is always a plus. There are still a bunch of good places to try in this area but I’m sure we will be back again if we get the chance.
